Returns Policy

Regular orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition accompanied with proof of purchase (invoice). Please notify kayaksforsale.ie by using our contact form to receive full return details. Returns will not be considered if sent after the returns deadline, with no proof of purchase, used or damaged etc. If so, item(s) will be returned at the expense of the Consumer.

 

The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured. Refunds issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges if they apply.

 

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or used.

 

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
